See DetailsIn the manufacturing process of stainless steel coils and control pipes, in order to ensure surface quality and avoid scratches, the following measures can be taken:
Purchase stainless steel raw materials that have been strictly tested to ensure that there are no obvious defects on the surface of the raw materials themselves. Avoid direct contact with hard objects or scratches when storing raw materials. Use special isolation materials (such as soft cloth or plastic film) for packaging.
Regularly check whether the surface of equipment (such as molds, rollers, feed guides, etc.) is worn or attached with foreign matter. Keep the processing equipment clean to prevent particles from entering the production process.
Use softer or wear-resistant materials (such as rubber or polyurethane coating) for parts that may contact the stainless steel surface. Avoid using hard metals that may scratch the material.
Ensure that the pressure during the forming process is moderate to avoid excessive pressure causing unnecessary friction or strain. Use high-efficiency lubricants to reduce friction during drawing or bending. Use protective film to cover the surface of the workpiece when multiple steps of processing are required.
Keep the production environment clean to prevent dust, metal debris and other pollutants from adhering to the stainless steel surface.
Personnel operation specifications: Operators need to wear soft gloves to avoid direct contact with materials. It is strictly forbidden to use sharp objects to scratch the stainless steel surface during processing.
After processing, clean the surface with a neutral detergent to remove oil, fingerprints or processing residues. Use surface inspection equipment (such as optical detectors) to fully inspect the product to ensure that there are no scratches. If minor scratches are found, the surface can be repaired by polishing or pickling.
Use soft protective materials (such as foam pads or anti-scratch films) to package the products separately. Avoid scratches caused by heavy pressure or collision during transportation or storage.
Based on customer feedback and internal inspection results, continuously improve the manufacturing process to reduce potential scratch risks. Regularly train employees on surface protection and quality control.
Through the above measures, the surface quality of stainless steel coils and control pipes can be effectively controlled, the occurrence of scratches can be reduced, and the market competitiveness and customer satisfaction of products can be improved.
